2) go to this path in it as shown

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WPAEvents\OOBETimer and doubleclick on it
add any words you want at alphanumeric (Eg : dilshad ) ... then press ok and exit the Regedit .
